Juice: carrot, orange and ginger
Carrots are loaded with beta carotene, which are amazing for your body as it fights off disease-causing free radicals.
On top of being high in Vitamins A, B, C, E and K, magnesium, potassium and calcium, they help fight inflammation, relieve congestion, and protect eyesight and brain function – what’s not to love?!
Some might not really like the taste of pure carrot juice so we came up with the perfect combination to turn it into something sweet and enjoyable for everyone.
5 whole carrots, peeled and tops removed
1 orange, juiced
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, peeled
Optional: for more sweetness add 1 apple, cored and quartered
Add all ingredients to the juicer and press.
Enjoy the juice fresh. You can cover and refrigerate the leftovers for up to three days.
